Basic Cleaning Service

Two Hour Minimum $55.00 + $10.00 Service Fee

Basic cleaning will be done for homes up to 2 hours, 2 cleaners

400 sq. ft. -1500 sq. ft. $55.00 + $10.00 Service fee

1600 sq. ft.-3500 sq. ft will be $75.00+ $10.00
Service Fee

3600 sq. ft & up will be $100.00 + $10.00 Service Fee

Multiple days will be discounted ex: 3xs a week will be discounted.

Disclosure

We do not lift/move furniture, remove or haul trash or debris, pack or UN-pack. If we have to do any of the mention it will be an added charge assessed to bill before we start cleaning. Excessively dirty or not habitable an extra charge will be assessed and need to be paid before cleaning. We reserve the right to refuse to service a home or property if not safe or property was not properly quoted for cleaning. Please pay invoice 30 mins upon arrival of your cleaner.

Excessive trash/debris/hazmat/cleanliness upon arrival will be excessed $100-$150. Note: If you have not had a professional cleaning between 3 months - 6 months we require a deep cleaning and walkthrough assessment of property.

Service fee is for equipment charge, mileage , and incidentals.
CANCELLATION FEE: No fee will be accessed if cancelled 24 hours before appointment time. If on the day of cancellation $40.00 fee will be charged or submitted to collections. 30 mins before appointment time full charge of service will be charged or submitted to collections.
